My name is Lilian Acosta and I am the founder and owner of Bold Essence Consulting.  I am an experienced business manager with leadership training and development expertise. With over 10 years in the business management training in the Human Resources field. I have trained and mentored future leaders. I possess extensive experience in successfully leading teams to obtain goals effectively and efficiently. I am an expert in operational excellence and understand the importance of maintaining compliance within the organization. Having a strong client services background I am able to quickly learn about my clients and build strong relationships with both clients and employees.
Bold Essence Consulting will be able to help businesses establish and maintain operational workflow, onboarding, policy and procedures, compliance, recruiting, mentoring, coaching and employee engagement programs.
